Itchington is a hamlet with no church, pub or any public building. Enclosure of the fields saw Lord Willoughby de Broke's estate coalesced into four main farms in the 18th century, namely Hill, Lower, The Laurels and Manor, together with a fifth, Woodleaze, established about 1840. The first four are actively worked to this day:-
