The information in Tytherington Roots comes from many sources and is based on the outstanding research work, "Tytherington in the Past - Some Historical Notes" published in 1990 and revised in 1994, by the late Allan Baddeley M.A., and assisted by the Tytherington Local History Group. We are most grateful that the author's children have given their permission for us to use his material.
